Hi All. Here we have a Star Note from the now discontinued Series of 2003. Star notes are getting really difficult to find these days. This is the one star that I have come up with in a matter of a few months. I used to see them more frequently, but they must be getting snapped up by collectors as fast as they come out. This is a circulated note as you can see, but a collectible star nonetheless. This one is yours for the winning bid.
