*Please note, this is is for the trackball and chrome ring. The chrome ring works on 81xx series, 83xx series, 88xx series. Blackberry Bold 9000 requires a bezel (not included) or a Pearl retaining clip which is not included. The chrome ring from the 81xx/83xx/88xx is not the same as the one on the Bold and is not compatible.

*Please note for 8350i this trackball is compatible however the chrome ring is not. You will require small pins that fit into the three holes in the case which is currently not available.

Q: Is this OEM product?
A: This is a non OEM product.
Q: Does this fit the Blackberry 8900 Curve?
A: No it does not. Please check your Blackberry version before purchasing as we can not be responsible for incorrect purchase of this item.
Q: Is the trackball color painted on?
A: No the trackball color is not painted on. Using the same rubber silicone materials found on your original trackball this has been manufactured with the input of custom colors.
Q: What is on the video?
A: The video is a short demonstration on how to disassemble and install your new Blackberry trackball.
Q: What happens when I forget to request a color?
A: We process most orders in 24 hrs to ensure speedy delivery to you. If we do not get a color request we will send you default color BLACK #6 or a random color.
Q: How long is shipping to USA? Worldwide?
A: It is 1-3 weeks to USA. It will arrive through USPS. We are shipping it from Hong Kong which is overseas. For worldwide it depends from 2-4 weeks. Be aware of possible delays from local customs / postal service processing / long distance shipping. Please allow your country's local postal service sufficient time to process and deliver your purchase. Read our suggested shipping timeframe before you purchase. Sometimes PATIENCE IS REQUIRED. Do not buy from us if you are impatient. We already offer low prices but it comes from a far. Do not tell us you've purchased items before and they came faster. The postal system can be inconsistent and requires time to do its job. Afterall we both are at the mercy of our dear, beloved postal system. Mail can get lost so get into contact with us.
