I acquired this parcel at public auction held by Fresno County Tax Collector and have not seen the lot. I am not aware of much details except what I list here. There are 2 lots namely 86 and 87 as seen on the parcel map. They are located on East Road in the Petrolia Subdivision in Coalinga, California. The combined lot acreage is  42233 square feet approximately 1.0 acre.Taxes are approximately $15.00 per year and are paid current. There are no association or homeowner fees and no know liens on the property.The legal description on the tax deed is :APN 088-220-06 more particularly described as lots 6 & 7 IN BLOCK D of petrolia subdivision as recorded in record of survey book 2 page 12, Fresno county records.
