Breakdown of Coupon “Price”: The actual price of the coupons that you see on the auction is what I believe my time to be worth. I have to collect, sort, count, cut, catalog and label all the coupons.

Returns/Refunds: I am not responsible if the USPS doesn’t get you your coupons by the time you need it so do not ask for a refund for that reason. I am an honest person and I mail out the coupons the next business day to ensure that I providing the fastest customer service.

Shipping Turn Around: ONE BUSINESS DAY!!! I will mail out your winnings via USPS Regular First Class the next business day after payment is received via PAYPAL. You receive an e-mail informing you that your coupons have been mailed out.

Shipping and Handling: My auctions have multiple lots for sale. If you purchase more than one lot, then the additional lot(s) are an additional $.17 shipping and handling. Plus, if you shop multiple from my store, you receive a 50% shipping discount! In order to qualify for the 50% off shipping, please do not pay for any of the auctions and send me an invoice requesting a total so I can send you the discount! If you fail to do this, DON’T WORRY, I give it to you back in a refund!

1. Combined Shipping: If you buy more than one coupon lot from me, I will combine shipping to help you save. For more information, refer to the Shipping and Handling section.

2. Feedback: I have 100% positive feedback. I want smooth transactions just as much as you do therefore I am willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy!

3. Favorites List: Put me on your favorites list so that you can receive e-mails when new listings are available. You can review and shop if you need to. Yes, I am trying to get your business with the favorites list but it is also a great way for you to save money!

4. E-mail me!: Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions! I answer them promptly because I am usually at the computer. You can request specific coupons… read the next section below.

5. Don’t see what you need in my store?: There are tons of coupons that either I haven’t had the time to enter in yet or others that don’t sell well. Either way, I have them on hand. Ask for something specifically and I will look for them! Or ask for the list of coupons that are not listed! I am here to help you find what you want! I am extremely organized so let me help! J

Tips for maximizing coupon savings:

1. Double/Triple Coupons: Some stores will double, even TRIPLE your coupons. Find that store and save!

2. BOGO Items: Some stores will advertise Buy One, Get One (or Two) FREE! Make sure you use coupons for EVERY item. For example, the sale is BOGO FREE hotdogs. That is two packages of hotdogs that you will be taking home therefore use TWO coupons.

3. Buy the Smallest Item: Usually the smallest item is the lowest price therefore it makes your coupons go farther.

4. Buy in BULK: Make a note of the on-going items that you use like food, body wash, shampoo and toothpaste. Get coupons for those items and buy in bulk. You will save time and money getting all the items at once. Make sure to check your local circulars for sales.
