3 days after the buyer receives it | All returns need pre-approval. Any items received returned without prior approval will be considered abandonded and no refund or exchange will be made, so please contact me if there are any issues BEFORE sending item back. Returns must be postmarked within 3 business days of your receipt of item. Upon receipt of returned goods the refund or exchange process will be completed as follows. Refunds will be full or partial or exchange depending on situation as follows. If item is not significantly as described (like a hat is sent instead of a book) you will receive full refund including return shipping. If item is damaged in shipping you will receive full refund or merchandise credit or a replacement, if available, of equal or greater value (replacement is at my discretion). Shipping carrier inspection may be required for damage claims. If item is returned for buyer remorse, which means the item delivered was as described in the item description, but you no longer want the item regardless of the reason, you will be issued partial refund or merchandise credit equal to bid price only (shipping is NOT refunded in this instance) upon receipt of returned goods in same condition as originally shipped. Payment refunds will be issued through paypal, merchandise credit will be applied to future order. Most times buyer remorse happens from misunderstanding the auction or impulse buying. I want you to want what you bid on, so please read the auction completely and ask questions BEFORE bidding. |
