We reserve the rights to cancel the order if the buyer does not pay for it or contact us within 7 business days after conclude the transaction. Also, we will log an unpaid item dispute with ebay.

 

The shipping fee includes the postage as well as a charge for handling.

Pls make sure the address on ebay is the correct one. We are not responsible for undeliverable or wrong address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for missing item or returned item due to the wrong address.

No sales tax is required. We will send all items marked as a 'GIFT'. 90% of country allows citizens to receive a gift by no duty fee, but some countries may not the same. We will not be responsible for it.

Orders received Mon to Fri will usually be dispatched the next working day if the payment is cleared. (Sat. & Sun.& public holidays excluded)

Orders generally take 5 to 12 working days excluding the Sat. ,Sun. and public holidays to arrive in the United Kingdom & Ireland.

Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part.

We're happy to honour a replacement or refund should you receive the defective item from us, provided that receipt of the returned item.

You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods for returns to be accepted. Customers must return items at their own cost.

The product must be returned in its original condition.

We would strongly suggest that a ‘certificate of posting’ should be obtained from the post office when returning goods.

If the item was purchased by mistake, we will refund your payment in full (excluding 20% restocking fee) providing the item is returned to us unopened and in its original condition.

Please be advised that in the event of a negative feedback left for us with abandon and or before giving us a chance to resolve any type of issue related to our products and services, the above-mentioned warranty will be rendered voided immediately.
