10*20 Storage Building Contents, Antiques, Collectibles

This is an auction for the contents my oldest son's 10*20 storage building.  He has left the country to retire in the philippines and no longer sees the need to maintain payments on the rent for the building as he does not plan to return, he has approved of this auction and thusly I am selling it off for him. The building is climate controlled and everything is neatly boxed and organized. 

At a glance the building contains an antique hand made king size solid brass bed frame which was passed down from my mother and has been well kept and polished. A King Size Sealy Mattress and box springs for the bed frame, A Leather Lazy Boy recliner, A handmade custom oak 6 post dinner table with inlaid glass top, A 6' * 2' * 3' aquarium (he had a baby shark in it, it is water tight), tv, dolby surround sound systems there are two in there, 2 original nintendos and like 20 games or so for them, camcorder, hand tools, antique hand made hard wood dresser set from the 50's, wrap around office desk, office chair, book shelves, corner positioned floor to ceiling entertainment center, movie poster collection starting back with an original lord of the rings poster up to a pulp fiction poster and alot of boxes lol

Known items in the boxes: Comic collection including spiderman issue 1 platinum edition and many other 1st rare editions, a respectable original boxed transformer collection in there somewhere from all of his trips to botcon, complete box sets including rookie cards of Topps and Donruss Baseball Cards from 1984 or 85 up to 1993, a complete team signed atlanta braves game ball from when they won the world series back in the 90's and an original babe ruth baseball card both of which are sealed in protective plexiglass cases. All of his dining ware and cooking ware/appliances including his 24kt gold plated silverware set and gilded plates. I have no idea what else is in the building as it is packed to the gills with well over 100 boxes and furniture. He had a 2 story house before he sold it and packed everything into this building except for his clothes which he took with him.  So there is literally everything you would find or need in a house in there and a large number of high dollar items.  However I don't time to go through it and list everything individually so I am just going to sell it all in bulk as I said I have only listed what I could see at a glance and a few of the things that he mentioned that are in there to give you an idea of the caliber of items in this building. 

Starting bid is $4,000 however as you can see the value of just the known items in the building far exceed the starting bid and that is just the tip of the iceberg!

Payment upon pick up available, provided you pick up contents within 20 days.  If you choose payment at pick up option you will not be mailed the key to the building.

You will need to make pick up arrangements and have the contents picked up.  Ithe building's rent is paid through the 1st of next year so you have ample time to make arrangements to pick up the contents. I recommend renting a uhaul or hiring a moving service. The building is in Rossville, GA.  Upon payment I will mail you the address of the storage facility and unit number, gate code for the security gate, and key to his storage building via usps certified mail with signature and delivery confirmation free of charge.
