Please make sure you use the ChannelAdvisor checkout system. This will ensure you get your order as fast as possible. There may be a slight delay from the time the auction has ended until Channel Advisor has received the completed item data from eBay. Make sure that you use the same email address in Checkout as you have registered with ebay.

Shipping Information

Combined shipping is available. You may shop for up to 7 days and pay one flat price for all Crystal, Sterling Silver and Gold Filled purchases for US purchases. Other items may be combined as well by adding the additional charge per item in the US . International buyers, please contact us when shopping is completed. The flat rate charges are when one payment is made to us. If you purchase a total of $100 in merchandise you are eligible for a $2.50 discount off your order or the equivalent of free 1^st class shipping if you are in the US. You must use product code “001” in the promo code box during the checkout process. The discount applies to all orders in the US and International. $2.50 will be taken off the order during checkout when the promo code is entered.

1. US : 1st class mail $2.50 for the first item plus $0.00 for each additional item. Priority Mail $4.60 for the first item and $0.00 for each additional item.
2. Canada : $2.50 plus $.10 for each additional item. Items are shipped First Class International. These prices are for up to 4 pounds. Destination times vary and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on the destination. There is no tracking available and there is no insurance. If you need Priority (faster) Service, please contact us for prices.
3. International: $3.00 plus $0.30 for each additional item. Items are shipped First Class International. (Excludes Italy) These prices are for up to 4 pounds. Destination times vary and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on the destination. There is no tracking available and there is no insurance. If you need Priority (faster) Service, please contact us for prices. . 
4. US shipments include electronic tracking on all orders.  This is not available on First Class International at this time.  Please wait until all auctions have been completed before paying and notify us that you would like to combine shipments. If you have questions email us. Please use the listing number as a reference when contacting us as this will help answer your question quicker.
5. International Orders: We ship worldwide. A customs form will be filled out for each order. Customs (and GST in Canada ) may be assessed on your items and is the responsibility of the buyer. The value we put on the form is based on the total of the products purchased.

We generally will ship your item within 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment. eCheck payments generally take 4 business days to clear in the US . Generally, we ship Monday through Friday (some Saturdays as well) excluding US holidays. There are other days that we may not be able to ship for some reason. You will receive an email once the item(s) have been shipped that will include an electronic tracking number is shipped to a US address. This tracking number is mostly used to show that the package was delivered to the Post Office and that the package arrived as opposed to being able to track it along the way.

Payment Information

We accept Cashier's Check, Money Orders and Paypal (Credit Cards) for US sales and Paypal only for International sales. We do not accept personal checks or cash. When sending a money order, please send information to help us expedite your order. You may include the item number or a print out of the "I will be sending payment" notice from eBay. Checkout is also required when sending a money order. Payment is expected within 7 days from the close of all auctions. We are currently shipping on Monday through Friday (some Saturdays as well). We reserve the right to cancel bids from bidders with negative feedback. Our Paypal address is minordtails@yahoo.com at which point you will be redirected to the Channel Advisor checkout.

Insurance: $1.65 (Optional) in the United States for the first $50. $2.20 for $50.01 to $100. Not available on International shipments. Channel Advisor defaults insurance. You do not have to buy the insurance. If you choose not to, de-select the insurance check box when checking out.

Seller is not responsible for a lost package. If you have a concern, we recommend you get the insurance.

Return Policy:
We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we will accept returns, provided they are authorized within 14 days from when the item was shipped. The item (s) must be in the same condition as they were sent to you. We will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will only reimburse for the amount of the item(s) and not the shipping and / or insurance that was paid.

Sales Tax:
Illinois residents add 7.5% sales tax.

At this time Minor Details does not print a catalog.

Do you accept international orders?
Minor Details ships worldwide. Depending on the order some items can be shipped via Global Priority and some may have to be shipped airmail depending on the destination country and the items selected.

Can you get this for me?
We do take suggestions for new products. For each item that is suggested, we document the information. The more people that suggest an item, the better the chance it will be added. We are continually adding items and plan product additions several months in advance. In some cases we will have to search for a vendor. If you have seen a vendor but the minimum is too high for you to purchase, this may be someone we can work with and get the product from. We work with each vendor to ensure the product is of superior quality and that we can offer the product at a good value to our customers.

What is a drop-ship order?
In some cases, we will advertise that an item is a drop-ship. This is typically for very heavy items that we want to minimize total transportation costs that are built into the price. In these cases we offer a drop-ship service whereby the items are shipped from our supplier to you directly. A packing slip will be enclosed with our company information.

Is your site secure?
Minor Details understands your need for security. We use the latest SSL technology. When you enter your credit card number into the system, the information is secure.

Do you have a location that I can look at your merchandise?
We currently only have an online presence.

I sent my payment. When will the order ship?
We will generally ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We do not have a specific cutoff time for shipping although we do try and ship fairly early in the morning. If you send your payment by about 9:00AM central time, there is a very good chance it will be shipped the same day.

When will I receive my order?
Each shipping method takes a different amount of time. The following will provide some guidelines but times can take longer due to factors such as seasonality, weather conditions, destination country and other factors.

What if an item I order is out of stock (backorders)?
Minor Details makes every effort to have every item ordered in stock at the time of purchase. We have specific processes in place and have invested heavily into systems to help avoid these situations. If an item is out of stock we will ship your order excluding that item. An email will be sent to you letting you know of the situation and you will be offered three options:

1. A refund for the item.

2. We will let you know that we will order the item and try and get an estimated time frame for delivery to see if that works for you. We understand that in some cases there is a sense of urgency and other arrangements will have to be made.

3. A substitute item of equal value can be shipped.

We do not charge additional shipping in these cases. You will be given a case number at this time. The case number is used to document the event and monitor the progress so the situation is not overlooked.
