Checkout, Designing & Turnaround Time:

I process invoices within 24 hours of purchase. Only Immediate Paypal payments are accepted. Please forward your personalized info and/or pics, if applicable, to norminha@optonline.net. Once your payment clears, I will create a sample(s) to email to you for approval prior to printing. No samples will be created until payment has cleared. If you have purchased an item that needs to be customized, I will email you for the personalized info or any additional details. A sample(s) will be emailed to you within 24-36 hours of receiving your print info & cleared payment, 24-48 hours during the holiday season. Please provide the email address where you want sample(s) emailed. Also, please make sure that you have no email blocking options and that your email box is not full so that my emails have no problem reaching you. Sometimes my emails end up in your scam or deleted folders, so please check there if you do not receive your sample(s). If for some reason you have not received your sample(s) via email normally within 48 hours of confirmation of print info, please email me at norminha@optonline.net Once I receive your final approval of sample(s), I will print and ship within approx. 1-2 business days and you will be notified when order ships and by which delivery method. During the holiday season, items ship within 2-3 business days of final approval.

Immediate Paypal payment is required to purchase any items in my store. No money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks are accepted. So please do not purchase if you cannot pay via Paypal immediately. Samples will only be created once payment has cleared. Thanks!

S&H Rates

You have the choice of First Class or Priority Mailing on most items (see each auction for details). Combined s&h is available for your entire order when you pay with a SINGLE payment, since Paypal charges me a transaction fee for each payment. You can purchase as many items as you want and your s&h fee will never exceed $9.95 (as long as entire order is going to one address and can all be shipped and fit in one box). Do not pay until you receive a combined invoice from me for everything you have purhased as to avoid overpayment of s&h fees. Shipping & handling fees include postage, packing materials & ebay fees.

Delivery Times

I ship via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and if needed USPS Express Mail. The estimated time for delivery according to USPS for each is as follows:

First Class Mail: 2-9 days
Priority Mail: 2-3 days
Express Mail: 1-2 days

I try my best to process all orders as quickly as possible but once the order is in the hands of the post office, I then have no control over how long it takes for your order to be delivered.
When in a rush for an item, please contact me first prior to purchasing, to confirm that I will be able to accomodate your timeframe.

Insurance on any of my items is optional for the customer, but is recommended. If you want insurance, please contact me prior to paying your invoice so that I may add it on and send you the correct, revised invoice to pay. It is an additional $1.35 for every $50 worth of items purchased. The buyer is responsible for collecting insurance in the event that item is lost or stolen.
