These are very nicely taken care of fertile eggs for hatching your own batch of Button Quails. You will be receiving 10 FERTILE eggs! I have beautiful fancy and exotic colored Chinese Painted Button Quails, 4" birds, super for pets, great for flights, butterfly runs, can put in with canaries/finches/doves to clean the bottoms of their cages, they eat the leftover feeds as well. A friend of mines child has taught 2 to sit on his shoulders while he is walking around!!
+++PLEASE KEEP IN MIND I DO NOT SHIP BROKEN OR UN-FERTILE EGGS. THEY CAN BREAK EVEN IN A BOX THAT HAS NO DENTS IN IT FROM THE TRAVEL TIME AND JOSTLING OF ALL THE HANDLING IT WILL GO THROUGH. IF YOU GET ONE TO HATCH THAT IS GREAT, HOPEFULLY THEY ALL WILL. I BUY EGGS AS WELL AND SOMETIMES GET NONE TO HATCH, THAT IS NOT THE BREEDERS FAULT. IT IS A CHANCE "YOU" TAKE AND IF THIS IS SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO DO OR EXPECT EVERYTHING TO GO PERFECT, AND IT CAN, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. WITH THAT IN MIND:
They are not avid flyers, so will not fly away, POOF.......they can go up, then back down and will run but not fast or too far and can catch them easily if the situation gets out of control. I keep 12 in my house as we LOVE to watch them, listen to them, I pick them up, they LOVE cucumbers and tomatoes, I have a 30 gallon lit hooded aquarium, put shelf liner rubber or shavings on the bottom for footage, I put in a small house for them to sleep in, NICE set up, I LOVE to watch them. Our set ups are NOT wire cages outside where they are freezing, most of them are in the house as pets where we can enjoy them!! They are set up in trios or no more than 6 per cage, not in runs with lots of birds picking each other and no control. This way I also can monitor what they are eating and they are all healthy this way and un-picked.
My husband has the rest of the breeders set up in CLEAN pairs or on the bottoms of his flights in his aviaries where he raises Bourkes, Diamond Doves, English Parakeets, Canaries, Rock Pebblers, Finches, LoveBirds and Red Rumps. We also have Show small very fringed Silkies. I give great care to the storage of the collected eggs and make sure they are packed well for you. I have a pretty good percentage rate of hatching. In fact, I have 10 ready to hatch in a couple of days, I expect to have all 10 hatch, I am hatching whites, but you must be aware in shipping that you COULD have some breakage or perhaps not to hatch, so that is a chance you take with shipping eggs. I can only pack and ship, I am NOT the post office or the delivery guy, but generally all goes VERY well.
Button quail eggs hatch in 17 days, I give them still 2-3 days before I throw them just in case. They come out bumble bee size and are self feeders in about 8 hours. They are fun, fun, fun...................
I have the pieds, rose breasted, pearls, silver caps, cinnamons, Darth Vaders, slates and silvers. These will all be mixed but these are the colors they are out of. You may get a white chick or 2 but I generally list all white eggs separate. I LOVE my whites, they are kept in the house so we can enjoy them.
I have great success in hatching the eggs. Please keep in mind I cannot guarantee you will hatch every one but you will hatch alot. In shipping, cold, or heat, shaking, there are a few situations you have to take into consideration, could not hatch for you. Once shipped, I cannot guarantee any of that, I am only the breeder and the packer. I pack well, I breed well, and we take care of the birds top. After the auction ends, I ship out next day early am only, unless it is Friday/Weekend auctions then they go out Mondays and Tuesdays, so the eggs will be delivered and not sitting around. Get them incubated immediately. If you let them set around for a week, that is also something I have no control over. Make sure you understand all of this AND agree with it before you bid, or please do not.
Insurance is advised and I pack good, but not required. However, I will NOT be responsible for lost or damaged items once in the hands of the Post Office unless insured. Insurance is $1.95 for up to $50.00. If you have any ?'s, please email me before bidding because I describe to the "T" and there will be no returns. Damaged, dirty or broke items are not listed or shipped OR it will say so right in the auction their condition, therefore they leave as stated with no returns and final.
Have fun and good luck and don't forget to look at my other fun auctions. DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES I CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT BIDS WITH A FEEDBACK OF UNDER 3, IF SO, I WILL HAVE TO RETRACT THAT BID. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.
Ship PROMPTLY with all payments!
