Checkout, Designing & Turnaround Time:

I process invoices within 24 hours of purchase. Only Immediate Paypal payments are accepted. Please forward your personalized info and/or pics, if applicable, to norminha@optonline.net. Once your payment clears, I will create a sample(s) to email to you for approval prior to printing. No samples will be created until payment has cleared. If you have purchased an item that needs to be customized, I will email you for the personalized info or any additional details. A sample(s) will be emailed to you within 24-36 hours of receiving your print info & cleared payment, 24-48 hours during the holiday season. Please provide the email address where you want sample(s) emailed. Also, please make sure that you have no email blocking options and that your email box is not full so that my emails have no problem reaching you. Sometimes my emails end up in your scam or deleted folders, so please check there if you do not receive your sample(s). If for some reason you have not received your sample(s) via email normally within 48 hours of confirmation of print info, please email me at norminha@optonline.net Once I receive your final approval of sample(s), I will print and ship within approx. 1-2 business days and you will be notified when order ships and by which delivery method. During the holiday season, items ship within 2-3 business days of final approval.
