To order, go to ANY listing in our store that shows the qty you desire at the beginning of the title. From any listing in our store (any design can be purchased using any listing), follow these steps:

1. Go to any listing in our store that shows the qty you desire at the beginning of the title

2. Choose Buy-it-Now

3. Check-out as normal

4. Add sales@ourspaceontheweb.com to your e-mail's "Allowed Recipient" list to ensure our e-mails make it to your Inbox!!

Don't worry that the design in the listing is different than the one you want! 

You are purchasing custom magnets - not the design in the listing!

Post-Ordering & Proof Design:

After you have successfully purchased the magnets, we will communicate with you until the they are in your hands!

1. Shortly after your purchase, you will receive an e-mail requesting all the info needed to create your proof, including: design # (for all designs, click here), names, date, pics, customizations, etc.  Please make sure that your email address is current through eBay, as that is the email address we will use to contact you. **See FAQ #2 for info regarding picture quality**

2. After we receive your information, we will design the magnet and e-mail you a proof of your magnet for approval. Typically, a proof is returned within 24 hrs.  We will work together until you are totally satisfied with the design!

3. WE ONLY PRINT ONCE YOU HAVE APPROVED YOUR FINAL PROOF! This way you are confident you will be satisfied with your final product.  Typically, orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your approval of the final proof (assuming payment has already been made).

4. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail letting you know the order is on the way!

A note about colors:  Because of variations on computer monitors, printed colors may vary slightly.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I send you my photo to put on the magnet?
   The easiest way for us to receive the photo is via email.  If you only have a hard copy of a photo and cannot scan it, you can simply mail it to us and we would scan it here (we would return the photo to you with your order.)

2. What type of picture works best?
   Please send your photo as a high resolution image file. A minimum of 300 dpi is recommended, but remember, the higher the resolution, the better they will print!  If you have a digital camera and are taking pictures for the magnets, set your camera to the highest resolution.  If you scan your photo, set your scanner settings to the highest resolution. We cannot be responsible for photos printing poorly if their resolution is lower than 300 dpi.

3. How long is the process?
   From the time you order to when we print is usually just a few days.  But the process most dependent on how quickly we can communicate back and forth.

4. I've completed the check-out process, but still haven't heard from you! What gives!
   You should receive an e-mail from us requesting all the info needed to create your proof within a few business hours.  If you haven't received anything, confirm that the e-mail wasn't directed to your "Junk" or "Bulk" folders. Be sure to add our e-mail address to your allowed list.  And make sure your registered eBay e-mail address is accurate.

5. Are envelopes included?
   I am sorry, but I do not have or sell envelopes for the magnets.  You can easily find mailing envelopes for these magnets at a local office store.
