This guide exposes common tricks that are used to mislead people who are not educated about Memory Foam.

TRICK 1: CONCEALING WHERE THE FOAM IS MADE |

Companies who sell Chinese foam rarely reveal where their foam is made. Besides all of the recent news about the safety and health risks posed by Chinese goods, the overall quality of Chinese foam is also a gamble.
Fillers may be used to increase the weight of the foam. This may have a negative impact on the foam's physical properties and it's possible that some of the fillers are toxic.
Some companies import Chinese foam, assemble mattresses in the United States, and print "Manufactured In The USA" on the label. When considering a mattress, always ask where is the foam made? |

TRICK 2: IS THE IN-HOME TRIAL RISK FREE?

TRICK 3: THE NAME OF A MATTRESS MAY BE MISLEADING

Misleading product descriptions are sometimes used to conceal the density of the Memory Foam. Sellers add irrelevant numbers like 5.5 and 6.0 to the names of their beds. These numbers typically have nothing to do with the density of the foam. The Memory Foam may only be 4lb density, but because people see the number 6.0 they believe that they're getting 6lb foam. |

TRICK 4: JIGSAW PUZZLE FOUNDATIONS
|
|
A lot of companies sell Build-It-Yourself Foundations, which people don't realize. These may take a significant amount of time to put together because of all the nuts, bolts, and wood slats. There may also be maintenance issues over time as the bolts need tightening.

Shipping
We are currently offering Free Curbside Delivery to the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. All beds are custom made to order. If you order the mattress only, it's typically shipped vacuum compressed via FedEx or UPS. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your delivery.
If you choose to add the foundation, your order will ship with our freight company. Please remember to include your telephone number with all orders, so that we may provide this information to our freight company. We cannot send an outbound shipment without a telephone number. Our freight company will call you to schedule your delivery appointment. |
