Be sure to use correct capitalization for all letters. Engraving may not appear exactly like it is pictured, in terms of number of characters. Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust the font size to fit properly on the engraved area. Any changes require written notice by email with your auction number. You must receive an email confirmation back from us that we have acknowledge the new changes.
• Understandably, special orders and personalized items can not be exchanged or refunded. Changes cannot be made on personalized items after completion. Damaged and defected products must be reported within 72 hours from time of arrival for exchange at no extra charge.  Please ship back the product(s), for your protection, insure the package against damage and lost at customer expense. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages returned by the customers. Once we receive the package at, allow 3-5 business days for refunds or exchanges to be processed.
• Exchange Policy: We stand behind the quality of all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is not 100% free from defects, you may exchange the merchandise in it's original packaging.
