Fluffing the Bows:  Unlike the flat polypropylene ribbon used by other sellers which is stiff and firm and hard to fluff, we use high quality embossed ribbon so it is not hard to fluff our bows.  Each loop of the bow must be pulled out and positioned.  We include step by step instructions with every order.    

Shipping Discounts:  We combine shipping on multiple purchases made from the same category if made within 5 days and paid in the same invoice.  Certain items may not be combined with bows as damage may occur.  You must wait for our invoice to receive the discounted S/H rate.
