This item is for 10 Velocity F71 100Watt lamps. These bulbs also come with a FREE GIFT... you recieve a pair of eyewear absolutely free with your purchase.
We can mix bulbs if your bed has facials.

International shipments are unavailable at this time due to excessive shipping rates. Shipping is $7.50 on all orders under $125. Your item will usually ship the same day payment is received as long as payment is made before 2pm eastern time. If after 2pm the auction will be shipped on the following business day.

Please see MAP for lamp shipping costs to your state. Shipping is $32-45 per case (24 lamps) for states within the continental US.
Any lamps damaged in shipping must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. You must inform the carrier on amount of damaged lamps. Once reported we will then replace damaged bulbs at no cost to you. Damages must be reported to us within 7 days.
Orders can be prepaid by Paypal, credit cards, bank wire, personal check, company check, Money order or Check by phone. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Paypal preferred.
