• All sales are final and sold "as-is". No refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements. No exceptions at all.
• No pick ups  - Don't email after winning the auction asking to pick up the item since you live nearby.
• Bidders with zero feedback must email and receive approval from us prior to bidding otherwise we will immediately cancel your bid.
• Bidders with negative feedback rating (i.e., -2, -1) are not permitted to bid at all.
• There are no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied on this item.
• Shipping and packaging/handling charges are always non-refundable.
• If for any reason we have to provide a refund, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
• Payment must be received within 5 days or availability of item is not guaranteed. Negative feedback will be posted as well.
• Damage to item during shipping must be reported to the shipping carrier within 24 hours of receipt.
• All original packaging materials must be saved and submitted at time of carrier pick up or inspection.
• All shipping damage claims will be paid to the buyer when it is paid to us and not before. We will not be held responsible to pay any amount to the buyer if the claim is denied by the shipping carrier.
• Do not assume any parts or items not listed in the description are included with the item.
