10"Old Cloth Felt Norah Wellings RAF Military Girl Doll

This uncommonly found World War II British Military doll was produced in England by Norah Wellings. Known as the R.A.F. (Royal Air Force) girl, she stands 10 inches tall. On the bottom of her left foot is an unusual blue Wellings tag. As pictured, she was manufactured with a hand-painted felt swivel head and with a velvet covered cloth body. She is costumed in a blue uniform whose hat bears the initials; RAF. Charmingly, she wears a printed neck tie beneath her felt-detailed outfit. There are also brass buttons on her shirt and a metal buckle on the waist belt. Save for facial soiling and one moth hole that is located on the left side of her collar, she is in excellent condition without odor. Domestic insurance is included in the shipping price.
