• Shipping wt. is 7 pounds , shipped from the Los Angeles area, zip code 90221.
• By default we ship ground by either FedEx or UPS, at a fixed cost of Free for the
  continental 48 states, please contact us for optional methods.
• US Mail seems to work best for shipments to Alaska or
  Hawaii, the cost is Free other options are available on request.
• For shipments outside the US, we use the US Postal System please e-mail
  for cost mavin@mavin.com
• California residents must include 8.25% sales tax to your order.
• Tennessee residents must include 9% sales tax with your order
• We accept for payment the following;
  • PayPal
  • Visa, Mastercard both Automated and Direct over Telephone
  • Cashiers Check
  • Money Orders
  • If you send in your check, we will not return it, but the product will not ship until the check clears,
    this could take up to 2 weeks or longer. So if you want it right away, don't send a check.
• When eBay's notice of transaction is received, you can check out through eBay and use their Paypal system, or
  you can contact us to arrange other payment or shipping options.
• We automatically send out tracking information on electronically paid items. If
  you mail in your payment please make sure you include the Who, What, Where, and
  How of the order with your payment. If you want tracking information please
  include your e-mail address.
• Note that we will try to ship within 24 working hours of your completing the transaction and receipt of payment.
  But we are human, and sometimes things happen that get in the way. If your order should take 1-2 days to get out
  the door we hope you understand, something on our end just slowed it down.
  Note that we also observe normal business holidays, which could effect your delivery time.
• Problems arise from questions not asked before the close of the auction, if you are not sure about what you are buying, ask first.
  It's too late once the auction has closed.

• Electro Mavin's eBay sales is managed by our Tenneessee office with normal hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM Eastern time.
  So if you contact us on the weekend or after hours you may not hear from us until the next business day.
  But once again e-Mail is monitored after hours, so your best chance of getting an answer is via e-Mail.
• Local Pickups are welcome on a will call basis, please call to set up. We are not a store so don't just drop by
  and hope to pick up your item. You could find yourself standing in our shipping department while your order is
  pulled and processed.
• Electro Mavin has two facilities in the United States, so check the shipping terms at the
  top to see where your product is shipping from.
• Feedback is automated and should post once you have posted feedback for us completing the transaction.
• Negative feedback; We are happy to try and resolve all issues prior to your leaving or receiving negative feedback.

• Returns; All items sold have a DOA warranty unless stated otherwise in the listing, if you receive a defective item
  we're happy to replace it or refund your purchase price if we can't replace it.
  
• Change of heart or buyers remorse; If you change your mind on an item, we may take it back,
  but shipping both ways is paid by you, this is on a case by case basis.
