General:

We try to describe items as accurate as possible; however, we cannot guarantee its accuracy. We evaluate each item, and advice on its current condition. On used items, there can typically be some dents or scratches. While we clean those items before selling and try to recondition them as much as possible, we do not take them apart piece by piece. The winner should not expect a spotless, new piece of equipment. Most used items have no warranty; they are being sold "as is". All winners, regardless of payment and shipping method chosen, are required to communicate with us via email or phone.  Winning bidder automatically acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Feedback

We appreciate and welcome every bid. However, due to several negative experiences with new users, we require users with feedback less of 5 to provide us with their name and contact info before bidding. This will help ensure smooth processing of the transaction. Your understanding is appreciated. We are doing our utmost to post positive feedback as soon as possible after we receive payment, but we also expect the winning bidder to do the same after he received the merchandise. This is fair and acceptable, and helps us build our eBay experience.

Payment:

We request payment for the item to be completed within 24 hours from the end of auction. If we cannot immediately quote an estimated shipping fare, we may charge shipping separately. In case we can quote an exact shipping fare within those 24 hours, we shall include it into one payment. An exception will be on weekends and holidays, where this is postponed to the next business day. If we do not receive payment within above limits without mutual agreement, we will file an Unpaid Item Dispute on eBay, and cancel the transaction, as per eBay's terms and conditions. Appropriate feedback might be posted accordingly. We prefer PayPal, but also accept all major credit cards. International customers should contact us for payment options before bidding.

Shipping:

Shipping can eventually be charged separately. The winner has the option of arranging shipping by himself. All equipment is sold FOB our location in Brooklyn , NY 11219 . Otherwise, we can arrange the shipping. We will provide a shipping quote for approximate fare. All quotes are subject to the carrier's terms and conditions, and are subject to change. Quotes are based on weight and dimensions, and might be adjusted accordingly. Fares quoted are not guaranteed until actual scheduling, and can be adjusted by carrier according to actual dimension and weight.  Shipping quotes do not include eventual crating or other packaging charges, unless clearly indicated. We accept no responsibility on the item once it left our location, except for what is covered by insurance. The winner is responsible to check for damages at delivery time before the truck driver leaves his location, and to file a claim according to the carrier's terms and conditions.
