This is a brand new 10 piece set of 1/4" square shank Metal Lathe Cutters with Brazed Carbide Tips. The bits are all 2" in length. Here are the specs:

Drop forged 1/4" square steel shanks

C2 Tungsten carbide tips for excellent cutting performance in steel and non-ferrous metals
