- IF YOU DON'T HAVE INLAYS YOU DESIRE, THEN WE DRAW AND SKETCH INLAYS FROM PICTURES THAT YOU SUBMIT, AT NO CHARGE. YOU ONLY PAY FOR THE INLAY(S) TO BE MADE FROM FROM PICTURES THAT YOU SUBMIT. AND PLEASE TELL ME WHAT SIZE AND WHAT COLOR YOU WOULD LIKE.

* PAYMENT:
 - Paypal Money Orders & Cashiers Checks are accepted. Personal checks are accepted, please allow 10 days to clear.
- Payment must be received within 7 days of auction end.

* SHIPPING:
- All packages are shipped within 24 hours from the time the order is paid unless it is Friday, Saturday, or a holiday.
- Delivery normally takes 2-8 business days. It depends on customer location.
- All sales are final on FairyFairyland unless if the items sold are found to be incorrectly described.
- The Item (s) must be returned in all of the original PLASTIC WRAP including carton, boxes, and copy of customer sales invoice.
- All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping.
- Replacement itmes will be exchanged within 10 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
- Please also NOTE that we not responsible for cost of return shipping.
- Exchanges are only accepted within 10 days from our ship date.
