How To Order

To order 10 inch unfinished wall letters, type the total number of letters you would like in the quanity box at the bottom of the page ( if ordering a name with 5 letters, please type 5 in the quanity box ) and then click the Buy It Now button.

Please include the following information with your order. If paying by Pay Pal, you can include this information in the "notes" box of the Pay Pal page or email me the information at support@AlphabetBoutique.com

1. The name(s) or phrase(s) you would like.

2. The font style you would like. Whimsical, Curlz, Victorian or Times New Roman. If ordering the Curlz, Victorian, or Times New Roman font, please indicate if you would like the first letter to be capitalized. The Whimsical font comes in lower case letters only.

3. If you would like me to attach the hooks for you, or just ship them along with your letters so that they can be attched after painting.

4. It is sometimes helpful if you include an email address or phone number for me to contact you in case I have any questions about your order. Thank you.

I accept paypal. Payment must be made within 3 days from date of purchase. ( Ohio residents must pay 6.5% sales tax. )

Due to the volume of orders we receive and the amount of time it takes to cut, sand, and attach hooks to each letter, please allow four to five weeks for your letters to be completed and shipped, however I try to get them shipped sooner. If you need your letters by a specific date, please contact me before ordering and I will see what I can do. I ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is $9.00 for up to 12 letters and $0.50 additional for each letter over 12. This price is for all orders within The United States. All international orders, please check with me first and I will calculate the estimated shipping charge.
