SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Buyer pays a fixed shipping of $15.95 anywhere in the contiguous 48 U.S. states not including Alaska or Hawaii.
- Unit usually ships 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.
- Avoid Freight Charges! Winning bidder can pick up at our San Diego, CA Warehouse.
- Item ships "Curbside Delivery" via common carrier; it is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up, or clean up.
- Packages are sent Signature required.
- Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out
Most items ship out within 1-3 business by FedEx or Common Freight Carrier. Large items are shipped via Motor Freight Standard curbside
delivery. Most delivery times take around 3 to seven business days for delivery. If you require faster shipping, please call
our Customer Service Dept. at 1-800-710-9939 for expedited shipping rates. Carefully inspect all merchandise before signing
the release with the freight carrier.
Items shipped via Common Carrier will have a flat rate shipping charge applied to that item. All standard deliveries will be brought to the
door or threshold of your house or building. Your shippng includes insurance and all additional charges related to residential deliveries such as
liftgates.
This rate does not include inside delivery. If you require additional services such as flights of stairs or inside delivery, please call us at
1-800-710-9939 and speak with one of our customer service representatives.
All truckline deliveries must be inspected upon arrival. Please inspect the exterior of the packaging for damage. Make a note of any exterior damage on the bill of lading.
Carefully remove all packaging and inspect the merchandise for dents, scratches, or other shipping damage. If there is damage,
call us immediately at 1-800-710-9939 before accepting delivery. Save all packaging and do not destroy boxes etc. in case of return.
You have 48 hours to file a damage claim. Claims filed after 48 hours of receipt may not be honored.
Multiple orders of these items
will be the flat rate. of a lift-gate or inside delivery service will carry additional charges. When receiving shipments from Common Carrier it is
recommended the Buyer have two people to help receive and move the item. Please contact us for special service deliveries.
No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. BeverageFactory.com is not responsible for delays
in shipping due to weather, mechanical failures, typographical and/or transcribing errors, and others factors beyond our control.
BeverageFactory will not ship outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii, or APO addresses and PO Boxes. Many of our items can be picked up
at local warehouses to save on shipping. Please call us before you bid so we can confirm that it is available in your area.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Winning bidder can pay through PayPal or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) — Call us at
1-800-710-9939 (Mon-Fri 8-5, Sat 10-2 PST) to process your winning bid. Items paid for with Paypal must be shipped to the confirmed shipping address associated with your Paypal account.
If you intend to ship to a different address please call in your payment by phone. We will need a deliver to phone number before we can ship your item.
CA residents must add sales tax to price. No Sales Tax is applied to purchases made outside the State of California.

We accept returns for items within the first 30 days of receiving your merchandise for any reason.
We will not charge a restocking fee as long as you return them to us with the following conditions.
You may return it for a prompt merchandise exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of
receiving your order as long as all merchandise is returned in new condition (unused and
in original factory condition), with all original boxes (including all packaging materials),
documentation, instructions, and accessories. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval.
Personalized and custom items, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping
charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number. To initiate a return,
please call our Customer Service Dept. at 1-800-710-9939 or fill out the form below. Once you obtain your
Return Authorization Number, you have 30 days in which to get the product back to us. You are responsible
for arranging the return shipment of the product. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase
price if the product is not returned in this manner. Items that are returned damaged or without proper packaging
materials are subject to a 15% restocking fee. It is important to save all packaging and not destroy boxes in case of a return.

This is a brand new 10 lb. aluminum Co2 Tank for a draft beer system. This tank can hold enough Co2 to run 10 to 12 full size kegs. We do not sell reconditioned steel tanks. Every Co2 cylinder is produced from high strength aluminum alloy 6061-T6. These tanks are popular because they are not as heavy as steel tanks and do not rust. The service pressure is up to 1800 PSI/124 BAR with a test pressure of 3000 PSI/207 BAR. These cyldiners are stamped with required U.S. Department of Transportation and Transport Canada Markings. The 320 Valves are CGA approved, and have a male thread for Co2 Regulators.
