Your purchase will be securely packaged; we take great care in making sure my babies and supplies are safe and secure for their trip to your home. Your package will normally be delivered by USPS Priority Mail. You may also request Express Mail as an option.

We charge the actual shipping charge based on the weight and distance. We add a two dollar handling charge to cover our packaging supply costs and post office trips.

International shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail International. The Express Mail option is typically not that much more and is 4-6 days instead of 6-10 days.

Shipping insurance is optional on most of our items and suggested as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items in transit that are beyond our control. Please note that insurance is required on all reborn dolls that we ship.

To be more eco friendly, we now use only 100% recyclable packaging peanuts. Please feel free to reuse them. If you do not need them, you can simply melt them in your sink with warm water; they are made of corn starch and are completely non-toxic!
