United States Residents:
* We use USPS first class mail for all items. USPS Priority mail is available for U.S. residents upon request. USPS priority mail usually takes about 2-3 days for most US shipping addresses.
* Special deal for U.S. shipping addresses,  we will charge only $18 if all your orders are buy-it-now items (including store items) and all items can fit into a 11" X 8.5" X 5.5" box. This can be a big saving for multiple orders. To ensure you receive this discount, please wait for an invoice from us and send a single payment for all orders. 
 Canadian Residents:  S/H rates are higher than that of United States residents as we've mentioned in the auction item. We are not responsible for any charges such as custom import/export duties, fees, etc.

==Refund/Exchange Policy==  
*  If you are not satisfied in any way with the items you purchase, simply notify us with an email and request a Return Authorization number (RAN) within 15 days of the shipping date of your items and you will get full refund (minus all shipping/handling and insurance fees). 
*  A 10% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for refund and exchange.  
*  Refund will be sent out after we receive the returned items in their original condition and include all original documents (item number or shipping list).
*  Return the original envelope along with the returned items. 
*  Shipping, handling and insurance costs are non refundable. 
*  We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. 
*  Buyer is responsible for the cost difference of the items exchange and all the related s/h cost. 
*  After 15 days of the shipping date, the sale is final and we no longer accept returns and exchanges. 
*  In case of refund, we will need to claim our final fee back from eBay. The only way we can do this is that we file an “unpaid item”. However, we will choose the reason as “the buyer and seller mutually agree not to complete the transaction”. So you will NOT get a strike from eBay.
