Shipping & Handling
It will be mailed out as an international air parcel/letter with or without registration within 3 business days. The shipping time depends on the efficiency of your local post office. The following is the shipping time reference for some countries.
USA/Canada 10 days
Western Europe (excluding France, Spain and Italy) 6 days
France, Spain 10 days
Italy 21 days
South America 28 days
We reserve the right to sell this items to some countries since some countries imposed complex custom regulation. Please check with us in advance.
Local pickup is not acceptable.
For item with Shipping Charge, the charge will cover the shipping cost, packing material, paypal charges and labor cost.
Important
Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. We are not responsible for any of these costs to your location. Please contact your local agencies before purchasing our items, as we cannot refund an auction payment after the auction is won.
Return Policy
For Non Returnable Items such as IC and transistor, return is not accepted.
For Returnable Item with FREE SHIPPING, 20% restocking charges will be applied. 80% of the purchase cost will be refunded.
For Returnable Item with SHIPPING CHARGES APPLIED, the cost of the item will be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
You must inform us first and return the item back within 14 days by registration (Registration Date is the proof of return). Refund amount will be credited to your paypal account as soon as we receive the item and the item is unused and in new condition.
Buyers need to pay the return shipping charges.
