The product(s) may also be delivered to a UPS service center nearest to you for you to pick up.
Shipping terms and conditions: 
Please be aware that most shipping companies allow a maximum of 1 hour for unloading a partial load and 2 hour maximum for unloading a whole truck. It is very important that you are aware of these times as extra freight carrier charges will incur if these times are exceeded and you will be charged for this time.
It is the customers responsibility to provide the necessary personnel, tools & resources required to remove the shipment from the truck and into the location in a timely manner. The truck driver is NOT available to help you with this unless it has been pre-arranged (Add $75 - $200 + depending on the carrier).
Please DO NOT refuse the shipment under any circumstance without calling us first. It is very important to us that you are happy with us. Your freight bill will be multiplied by 3 if your order is sent back and then reshipped. (The freight carrier will not ship it back for free.) That makes it very hard to maintain your satisfaction. We will always work with you to get any situation squared away as soon as posible!
All shipping / freight charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. By bidding on this auction, you are legally bound to pay for any extra freight costs that may be charged to your account by the carrier transporting your shipment.
If there are ANY issues or concerns regarding your delivery, please call us immediately so that we can resolve them right away!
Shipping Insurance:
Any freight purchase up to $3,000 may purchase shipping insurance for only $44 with a $100 deductible. Orders above $3K are not much more and whole truck shipments are automatically covered up to $200k
