  Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number
  within a few business days thru email.  Returned products must be in their original package.

  the total cost of the order.  If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse.

• All items will be shipped by USPS or UPS for US continental 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is  available
   on select products for an extra charge, so please contact Packing Plus for shipping rates to those locales.
   UPS tracking number will be sent to your email address on PayPal automatically when items are shipped out.
