Rush order is available with most of out items. Please contact us for more detail. Keep in mind that personalized items do take time to process. Additional fees may apply to rush orders. To determine whether an item is available for rush order, please contact us to verify the processing and shipping time. Keep in mind that certain items are heavy and can be expensive to ship UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day.

Payment Methods

Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase. We currently accept PayPal only, as it offers the fastest turnaround time and allow us to process your order right away to avoid backorders due to payment delayed through the mailing process.

Shipping

We ship FAST! Most orders are shipped within 3 busuness days after payment is received and clear with the exception of personalized items. We know your event is IMPORTANT, and we are excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Ground shipping to the Continental United States and Canada only

Availability

Item is in stock and ready to ship by the manufacturer at the time the auction started. Certain items may become out of stock without warning due to high demand. We do our best to update the listing with backorder information should it become necessary.
If an item you have paid for is on backorder, you will have a choice of receiving a full refund or be placed on backorder for that item.
