I have been receiving lower ratings recently on my Shipping Costs in the Detailed Seller Ratings. Please understand that I actually charge less than the posted rates. I have changed the shipping company from Canada Express Post to UPS Ground (for all US shipping) recently cos' Canada Express Post does NOT have the signature confirmation option. Inorder to be protected under Paypal Seller Protection Plan, all packages require signature confirmation. UPS Ground is the only compartible option with signature confirmation. I only ask that buyers do not penalize me in rating shipping costs that are out of my control.
Regarding DSRs: When you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in Shipping Time means "quickly"; however, Ebay considers this a sub-standard mark. Their standards require sellers to maintain 4.8 & above or be penalized with higher fees & even suspension! I always strive for 5-star service and charge less than my actual shipping cost as stated above, ship extremely quickly (same or next day), and state all of my policies clearly. Canada: $30 to anywhere in Canada via Canada Express Post with tracking and signature confirmation. Insurance coverage is optional for additional $5. I will NOT be liable for any damage or lost item if insurance is not purchased.

International (All other countries besides US and Canada):

$100 via EMS with tracking and full insurance coverage or

$50 via Regular Air Mail with NO tracking and NO insurance coverage (I will NOT be liable for any damage or lost item if this option is choosen).

 

DUTIES: Duties are the responsibility of the Buyer. Duties are charged by your local Customs NOT me. So, buyers are fully responsible for that, Please check with your local Customs. I have NO control of when and how much duties they are charging. Thanks!
