100 Auction Feedback & Thank You Cards ~ Personalized

100 Customized Thank You / Feedback Request Postcards, sized at 4.25" x 5.5", are perfect for dropping in your outgoing packages or invoices. These cards are printed using high quality digital color laser printing (not low quality ink jet printing, so there is no fear of them smearing if water hits them) in full color on lightweight white business card stock. They are customized with your eBay seller ID and information for easy reference for your buyers. A must for any serious eBay seller!

Note: These are NOT sized to fit in regular #10 business envelopes without folding. If you send most of your items/invoices in regular business envelopes you may want to consider our business card sized feedback cards.

PAYMENT


Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. If you are paying by a method other than credit card or PayPal, please contact us to let us know. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a "non-paying bidder" report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. We accept the following methods of payment only:

PayPal:If paying by PayPal, we are only able to ship when PayPal gives us an "OK to Ship" message on the transaction page. This means that you may be required to be confirmed or verified with PayPal before they accept your payment.

To send payments direct to us via PayPal, please use:

Credit Cards:We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payments direct, through our secure online checkout area, without having to go through PayPal. On orders over a certain dollar amount, or where there is a questionable situation (i.e. billing and shipping address don't match), we may require additional verification that you are the card holder for the credit card being used. You may be required to provide written authorization using our Credit Card Authorization Form to ship to an alternate address, such as your work address, along with additional methods of verifying you are an authorized user of the card.

Personal or Business Checks:We DO NOT accept checks at this time. If you attempt to pay by check we may either, at our discretion, return the check to you and request proper payment –OR– deposit the check and wait 10 days for it to clear before shipping your item.

SALES TAX


A 7% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within the state of Florida, as required by law. This can be waived, if you are a tax exempt organization or company, and provide a valid tax certificate to us via fax BEFORE making payment. If you are outside of Florida, there is no sales tax attached to your order.

SHIPPING


Unless otherwise stated in the ad, standard shipping is to the 48 contiguous US States only.

We may be able to ship some items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and certain other US territories, Post Office boxes, and APO/FPO addresses, but you must request a shipping quote prior to bidding or buying a product. Not all items can be shipped to these locations. Please email us to ask BEFORE bidding or buying.

No local pickups are permitted.

Most items ship within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Tracking information will be emailed to you when it becomes available. If there should be a delay of 7 days or more for shipping you will be contacted immediately regarding this.

If you checkout Sunday through Thursday, we will process your payment the next business day. If you checkout on Friday or Saturday, we will process your payment on Monday or the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

Please see the ad listing for shipping charges or use the shipping calculator, if one is provided in the ad, to determine shipping charges to your area.

We will try to combine shipping for you when we can. However, because we have several warehouses nationwide, it's not always possible to combine shipping on all items. Oversized and large office equipment generally ships in it's own box, therefore shipping cannot be combined on those item.

All shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.


RETURNS


ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however Manage My Printing will accept returns for EXCHANGE ONLY on items that have arrived to you defective. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within seven (7) days of package receipt and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check.

You must obtain and RMA number and follow our conditions of return in order to send a defective product back for a replacement. Please review our Returns Policy page for further instructions on how to do this.

We DO NOT pay for return shipping on defective merchandise, as we are not responsible for factory defects, because we are not a product manufacturer and we do not produce the parts we carry (similar to a standard walk-in store). We do however ship the replacement merchandise back to you at our expense, thus splitting the overall shipping costs with you.

To request an RMA for a defective item that was received within the last seven (7) days for an exchange, please click here. All original packaging and tags must be intact. No returns without original box or tags.
