100 Circulated Eisenhower Dollar-Coins
If you haven’t seen an Eisenhower dollar coin recently, you forget how big and heavy they are. It takes almost three Sacagawea or Susan B. Anthony dollars to equal the weight of one Eisenhower dollar. A lot of younger people have never seen an Eisenhower dollar. Although Eisenhower dollars contain no silver, some people call them silver dollars because they are the same size (38.1 mm diameter) as the earlier Morgan dollars and Peace dollars - which did contain silver.
These coins were minted from 1971 to 1978.
The group of coins you receive will be a mix of years from 1971 to 1978.
Each lot of 100 coins will also include at least ten of the very popular 1976 bicentennial coin.
The coins you receive will be different than the coins in the photo, but they will be of similar quality. The coins are of mixed quality and are sold as is - they have not been polished.

Eisenhower dollars are Hard-to-Find.
According to the Federal Reserve, one of their FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) is: How can I obtain Eisenhower dollar coins?
The Federal Reserve’s answer is: Most Eisenhower dollars are in circulation. The US Mint discontinued minting Eisenhower dollars in December 1978 and the last of the Eisenhower dollars were distributed … in April 1979. Because the Eisenhower dollars are no longer minted, the Reserve Banks cannot order them from the US Mint and supply them to banks. Coin dealers listed in the telephone yellow pages usually have a supply of Eisenhower dollars.
