We shall send out all paid items within 24 hrs during business hours, except holidays. Please allow 7 to 14 days of delivery for most countries, if later than that buyer should contact me for follow up action.

We charge postage fairly. The way post office charges us is based on weight. Heavier the items, higher the postage. If buying multiple items, we can safe a little packing cost but the postage is still higher because more items, the heavier the parcel. Therefore, we offer Combined Postage by deducing USD$1.00 for each additional item. For instance, discount for 2 items is USD$1.00 and discount for 3 items is USD$2.00 ............... and so on. The net postage will be the sum of each individual postage less postage discount. Please do not pay items one by one as ebay can not calculate and deduct postage discount this way. Just hold your payment when you finish all shopping with us and drop me a line to notify. I will then combine your invoices with your eligible discount.

What you get will be EXACTLY what you have seen in the above pictures. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not not delivered because of lost of transit or damaged during transport. Buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item.

We offer 14 days return policy according to the Distance Selling Regulations. Please contact us via email or message for return authorisation. If buyer finds the items is either damaged or not as described, buyer can consider to forward picture of the items instead of sending the items to save expensive postage. If buyer simply wants to return for no reasonable ground, items needs to be sent back to seller in acceptable condition for full refund.
