Each sale is for 100 pieces of Vishay SMA0207 0.47Ω 0.6W 2% metal film axial resistors. It's common to put low values like these in series with the supply pin to each IC in a circuit. You can then determine local current draw by measuring the voltage across the resistor. 1998 date code. Shipped on cut tape.

The current datasheet does not list this tolerance option, however, the specs are printed on the factory packaging.
