All shipping and handling costs are for the lower 48 states. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other territories or countries will be subject to an additional charge. International customers are responsible for payment of duties and related fees.
If we ship to RI (7%) or MA (5%) you will be charged sales tax.
Pick-up is only allowed on certain items, call to see if this item is available for pick-up. DO NOT show up without calling in advance to set up an appointment. All pick-ups are to be made at our Pawtucket, RI location. If items must be palletized, a fee of $50 per pallet will apply. You must pay in advance and you will be charged RI (7%) sales tax. Thank you.
If you do not complete payment within 10 days of the auction ending, your item could be relisted and sold to another buyer. If no payment is made we will file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert with eBay in order to recoup our selling fees. Thank you.
SHIPPING DESCRIPTION

Smaller items (gloves, belts, small box items, smaller mats, accessories, etc...) are shipped via UPS Ground.

If we must ship via the US Post Office (PO Boxes, APO/FPO), please allow 21 days for delivery. Not all items can be shipped via the US Post Office. This includes many smaller items. Please inquire before ordering.

All large items (All commercial equipment including treadmills, bike, steppers, stairclimbers, strength equipment, anything with a weight stack, large heavy mats etc....) are shipped with a common carrier. The shipping company will call you to set up a day for delivery. Someone must be home at the time of delivery. The shipping company is not responsible for removing the item from the truck. If you would like to get a lift gate in order to help remove the item from the truck it is $75 additional per pup truck needed. If you would like to purchase this option at this price you must do so at the time of first payment.
