How Do I Do It?

Most people add their Crystals to their regular face soap / cleanser to create their own Microdermabrasion Treatment.  Put soap / cleanser in the palm of your hand and sprinkle approximately a “dime size” amount of crystals and mix together to create a paste.  Simply rub on your face in circular motions for approximately two to three minutes applying gentle pressure. Then Rinse!  It is normally recommended to perform a microdermabrasion treatment two to three times per week.

Full Body Wash / Body Scrub as well.
