Payment

I accept PayPal. PayPal e-Checks are held until cleared by PayPal (usually 4 business days - 8 business days for international ) and items will not ship until checks clear. I do not accept personal checks. PayPal payments are expected within 2 days of close of auction. 

Shipping Method

I ship Worldwide by US Postal Service (USPS), within 1 or 2  business day following payment. P.O. Boxes, AK, HI, PR, VI, APO/FPO's & all other US territories are welcome. NO LOCAL PICK-UPS.

Shipping Addresses

I only ship to PayPal addresses. Please make sure that your address is a  "Complete Delivery Address". I am not responsible for misdirected or returned packages because of a bad address. You will have to pay additional shipping if it is returned.

Combined Shipping

I will combine shipping on most items, but is not guaranteed due to the weight of the item. In most cases, the item with the highest shipping cost is full price and every additional different item is 50% off the listed shipping price, with items in the same order. Ask for an invoice prior to paying to insure that you are getting the lowest shipping rate.

Tracking Your Package.

Delivery Confirmation

You will receive notification from PayPal Shipping when the Shipping Label has been created. The package will be at the USPS within 24 hours ( except Sat., Sun., & Holidays ). Make sure that you read the email. Please do not ask if your package has been shipped. The "tracking numbers" issued by U.S. Postal Service (USPS) do not support real-time tracking of shipments in transit. They are issued for the USPS Delivery Confirmation service and are useful only in "Confirming Delivery". Prior to delivery, entering the tracking number on USPS.COM will generate a message such as "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner to expect your package for mailing." Or it might say "Your shipment was accepted/picked up at **:** PM on ******* in *********, PA 17*** . I have never NOT mailed a package, so trust me on this, "It's In The Mail".

Shipments to Canada and all other countries ship USPS either 1st Class Mail International or Priority Mail,  and can take from one to four weeks to arrive, depending on distance and your Customs Department. 

There is $1.50 minimun added into the shipping rate for 1st Class Mail International to cover the cost of material & packaging and additional preparation time.

I will combine as many items as possible into a Priority Mail International Flat Rate envelope to save on shipping cost. Ask if your additional items will fit into the Flat rate envelope.

All foreign packages will have a Customs form attached and that is the Label #  you will receive from me. That # is scanned into the USPS system and shows that they have received the package, if you log onto USPS.COM. I do not ship "Gifts", so please do not ask.

Shipments to France, Italy, Mexico & South America will ship Priority Mail

Shipments to all other countries except Canada, UK & AU with a value over $25.00, will ship Priority Mail.

Insurance

Sorry, but I'm not responsible for shipping loss or damage without insurance.

1st Class Airmail International & Priority Mail International Flat Rate envelopes are not insurable. If you want insurance than it will have to be Priority Mail which starts at $17.00 US. Email me for a price. No claim can be made from the USPS, until 60 days have passed.

 Returns & Warranty

Notification must be received within 7 days of delivery about any problems to qualify for a replacement or refund. Replacement or Refunds will only be issued after the item has been returned and inspected by us. Items  returned will be tested. If found defective a replacement or refund will be given. Items returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyers expense. Buyer pays for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Some Items are sold "AS IS" and are clearly marked in the listing. All others have the Warranty indicated in the listing section provided.

Feedback

I value my Feedback and I am sure that you do also. Please do not leave bad Feedback because your package did not arrive in a timely manner. I have no control over the mail. Make sure that if you have a problem that you have contacted me first to see if we can resolve the issue.  Feedback is automatic on my system and will be left after it's been received.
