We ship via USPS to the United States only. Although we pack your purchase securely, the Post Office can be rough at times, so insurance is recommended and is offered at the option of the buyer. The higher priced items, especially multiple shipments, should all be insured to protect your investment. All items will be shipped in 24-48 hours after payment is received and clears our account.
We do combine shipping for everything we sell. Postage is calculated by the highest shipping price item plus:$1.00 additional for glass cutters, $1.25 additional for sunglasses, $1.75 for buckles, sunglass cases & belts and $2.50 additional for soldering irons and related items.

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must be made within 5 days of receiving your package. It must include all original items, undamaged, in re-salable condition, with all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. The soldering irons cannot be returned if they were plugged in and used if they are not damaged. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for shipping products back.
If you receive items with a manufacturing defect or if a mistake was made by us, we will pay for return and replacement shipping. We do require the defective or mis-shipped items be returned.
If your purchase is insured, a claim must be made to USPS in case of damage or through me if insured with Auctiva. We are not responsible for damage by the post office. Insurance is what covers that.
We have a store now, Iron Buckles, to serve you better. All our auctions have a Buy It Now option if you can't wait to get it. If you're early enough, we'll ship the same day. I don't usually have belts up for auction but they're always in the store.

We also took in grozer pliers and glass cutters for stained glass, tiles and dichroic glass. They work great and even have an oil dispenser for easy cutting.
