I will send sample proofs to your paypal email address, if it needs to be sent to a different address, please provide that information. Please view all proofs for accuracy, including spelling, names, dates, etc. When I receive your info, I copy and paste it into my software. I always run a spell check before printing, but it doesn’t always catch unusually spelled names, cities, etc. So PLEASE be sure everything is accurate before approving to print.

I DO ship internationally, please contact me for shipping costs. Also, please keep in mind if you order , please allow plenty of time for your item to go through customs. I’ve received some unfair feedback in the past from international buyers due to orders being held up in customs. I CANNOT control customs! I have found that CANADA customs has quite frequent delays.
I DO combine shipping for multiple items, please WAIT for me to send an invoice for combined shipping. Otherwise, sometimes the eBay/auctiva invoice system does not correctly calculate the shipping charges and will charge full shipping.
Due to NEW EBAY RULES--we have to put a handling time on our shipping...I chose 5 days for all of my auctions, but keep in mind, that I cannot control ship times once the items leave my hands. This is JUST an estimate. Below are approximate processing/ship times for my items:
LARGE Custom/personalized or Invitations/stationary packages ship within 7-10 business after customer approval(NOTE: This DOES NOT COUNT weekends, as we are closed on the weekend) So this means, 7-14 days.
SMALL orders, such as labels, notecards, scrolls, etc...usually ship within 3-5 days after customer approval.
Regular items (home decor, clothing, shoes, etc) ships within 24 hours of receiving payment.
I use USPS First Class and Priority mail. Please note: First Class and Priority mail DO NOT have tracking #'s. I do provide free delivery confirmation for ALL of my orders. This means that I can confirm delivery by using the delivery confirmation # provided.
When leaving feedback for shipping, please understand that once a package leaves my hands, I have no control over how long it takes to reach you. Please keep this in mind when making your choices for my detailed seller rating. I appreciate 5 stars on all transactions!
Custom/Personalized items are sent for customers approval before printing and shipping, therefore, all sales are final. If an item is misprinted due to our oversight, we will glady replace at our cost and re-ship at our cost. If a printing error is found on item that was previously approved/overlooked by customer, we will reprint at a discounted rate, and the customer to cover re-shipping costs.
All sales are final on other items as well, we give an honest full description of all items to the best of our knowledge and please feel free to ask questions before purchasing.
