Damages & Returns
If your scale is damaged by the post office, simply ship it back to us and we will ship you a free replacement. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Buyer must inform us of the damaged unit prior to the return within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer must ship back the unused scale in original condition within 7 days from the date received.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
This scale comes with a limited manufacturer's lifetime warranty that covers against any defect in materials or craftsmanship.
If your scale is defective on arrival, you do not need to go through the manufacturer, just contact me and I'll replace it for free.
