Here with no reserve is a beautiful example of an all original 100 year old Edison cylinder phonograph. It's the Home model with serial # H220954. This obviously has been well taken care and is in excellent condition. The machine of course functions flawlessly and plays perfectly and comes with the C reproducer which plays the 2 minute wax cylinders crisp, clear and loud. The tiger oak case is solid, in beautiful condition and with it's original finish. The bedplate has it's original black jappaned finish and the original gold striping is basically intact. The horn is an exact quality reproduction. This will also come with 2 excellent Edison cylinder records so you can start enjoying this with friends and family right away. And if you've never played one of these before...first of all you're in for a treat...and secondly it's easy! In less than a minute of instruction over the phone you'll know exactly how to play this remarkable machine and listen to some of the best music of days gone by. I've taken plenty of pics so please see for yourself...I think you'll agree it's a wonderful example to be seriously considered by anyone or for any collection.
