NON-U.S. CUSTOMERS

All taxes, duties, and other customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Star City Games cannot be responsible for any such fees, and does not have information about what may be applicable to your purchase. We strongly recommend checking with your country's customs agency for that information. We will not misdeclare package values or mark packages as "gifts." We reserve the right to not ship to any unconfirmed address.

Grading Scale

M - perfect card directly out of pack, rarely used
NM - few minor knicks and scratches on an otherwise mint card
EX - more scratches than NM, slight corner and edge wear
VF - moderate corner and edge wear, minor whitening, maybe a very small crease mark
G - major edge and corner wear and whitening, minor water damage, minor inking
P - major water damage, creases, major inking(will be noted in description), tears

PAYMENT

Payment is due within 10 days of auction close.

  • If we receive paypal payment from an unconfirmed address, we have the right to return it. If this happens, we will discuss other payment methods, or cancel the transaction.
  • International customers: We may be able to accept your PayPal payment for our eBay auctions. However, the Star City Games website does not accept PayPal from customers located outside the United States. Acceptance of your PayPal payment for an eBay auction does not mean that your PayPal payment will be accepted for an order placed through the Star City Games website.

  • Item number(s) won
  • Name
  • Complete billing address (address where the credit card bill is mailed to)
  • Complete shipping address (address where you want order shipped to)
  • Credit card number
  • Credit card expiration date
  • CVV code (The CVV code is a three-digit number that appears on the back of all Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. On American Express cards, it is a four-digit number that appears on the front of the card.)
