SHIPPING

• We currently ship only to the 48 continental United States.
• Your item will be shipped within  24 – 48 hours once payment is processed. 
• Discounts on S & H for multiple items available whenever possible.
• Insurance is optional but highly recommended – please add cost at time of check-out.  We can not be responsible for lost or damaged items. 

RETURNS

• Prior Authorization is required for all returns and must be done within 7 days of package delivery. 
• No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. 
• All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable.
• Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for exchange. 
• We must be informed of any damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products within 48 hours of package delivery.  
• Please keep all packaging material and return the same way it was received.
