SHIPPING POLICIES

I always try to ship within one business day of receipt of payment, since I know how much I like to receive things in a timely fashion! I also strive to be reasonable and fair with my shipping and handling fees. You will not be gouged with excess shipping charges! A $2.00 handling fee is included in shipping costs to cover both my time and the cost of supplies (except when shipping is Free!) I use Priority Mail, so buyers in the Continental U.S. should receive their item within just a couple of days.

INTERNATIONAL POLICIES

International orders will take longer and it is impossible to judge accurately exactly how long it will take, as you never know when something will be held up in Customs. I strive for honesty in my business practices and will always indicate on the customs form that I am shipping merchandise. Please do not ask me to declare the item as a gift.

Important information about combining orders!

I will gladly combine orders if you follow the guidelines below:

Please wait until you have finished purchasing all of the auctions that you are interested in before making payment. Orders cannot be combined after they have been paid for. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once an item is paid for, shipping is automatically purchased for the order.

When you make payment after you have made all of your purchases, you may combine your orders and additional items will be included FREE OF CHARGE up to 5 items. After 5 items, $2.00 will be added. Please email with any questions.

RETURN POLICIES

I guarantee that your item will arrive as stated in the auction. I only accept returns on defective or 'not as advertised' items. I do not offer returns on buyer's remorse purchases or wrong size issues. Please be sure that you completely understand what you are bidding on before committing to the purchase. An informed buyer is usually a happy buyer. I welcome any questions that might assist you in selecting the right item so please feel free to email -- I make every attempt to respond to all emails as quickly as possible.

If an item arrives defective or 'not as advertised', the bidder/buyer must initiate contact within 5 days of having received the item. I will determine the best method for resolving the issue and return contact in a timely manner. Once a return has been authorized, the bidder/buyer has 10 days to return the item.

NOTE: Almost everything I offer is vintage jewelry; we will not offer new reproductions of vintage jewelry. From time to time, we are fortunate enough to come across some vintage jewelry that is new in the sense that it has obviously never been worn. However, most vintage jewelry does show some signs of previous wear. I make every effort to determine and honestly describe the condition of the item; however, I am not an expert appraiser or authenticator. There may be age-related wear or defects and while I try to describe everything accurately, it is possible that minor blemishes or defects may be overlooked. However, it is our intention to conduct our business with integrity and honesty and you can rest assured that we would never intentionally mislead the buyer in order to make a sale.

In a nutshell; if it is my mistake, I will do what I can to make it right. I will pay for return shipping on defective or 'not as advertised' products. Some of my most rewarding online transactions have been those where a customer has allowed me to fix my mistake and make it right. So please don't hesitate to contact me should there be something about your purchase that disappoints.
