• Postage & Handling Charges   We try and keep things simple by having a flat rate charge. There is no absolute correlation between the weight and/or the size of an item and its price. A system, which recharges exact costs, would be expensive and difficult to administer and create uncertainty for the customer as to what the total cost of a transaction will be. These “handling costs” include packaging and bank on each payment received. We also have to be realistic about time costs, as we must pay at least a minimum wage. Each transaction must be individually invoiced, picked and packed and payment allocated to an individuals account and reconciled. We are not responsible for delivery time because delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package destination, particularly during peak periods. If the item is lost or broken after the auction end, another item will be shipped directly from our warehouse in the nearest neighbouring country in order to save the delivery time.
