The property being sold in this auction are the contents of safe deposit boxes reported to the Comptroller of Maryland, Unclaimed Property Unit by various safekeeping repositories. The boxes have been unclaimed by the owner for more than 3 years from the date on which the lease or rental period expired.

Our normal shipping days are every Tuesdays and Thursdays. Since we are closed the above days, we will ship only on Tuesday Nov. 24, 2009. If your payment posts that day by 11:00am (EST), we will ship your item(s). Any payment received after that time, your item(s) will be shipped on Tuesday Dec. 1, 2009.

Item(s) as described by a certified appraiser:

10K yellow gold, all tested but not marked:

Pin/pendant which has been repaired, small hole in design, 8.5 grams & 1" in length.
Stickpin with small wreath design, 1.1 grams & 2 1/8" in length.
Small rose gold band, very worn, .7 gram weight & size 4 ¼.

14K yellow gold:

Thin wedding band, out of round, very worn, approx 6 ¼" & .7 gram weight.

Oval bangle bracelet, very damaged & 6.0 gram weight.
Antique link bracelet (tested, not marked) shows damage, has an ornate center link, 18.5 gram weight & 6" in length.
Coral and Fresh water pearl dangle screw-back pierced earrings, 1 back is missing , the other back isn’t gold & 1.9 gram weight.

Open hollow link bracelet (tested, not marked),some links are damaged, 11.1 grams & 8" in length.

If you are the winner of this item, please wait for us to e-mail you an invoice before you send payment. Invoices are sent within 24 hours of the end of auction.

We will ship the merchandise via United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS cannot deliver to an APO or post office box, if your eBay account has a default address using a post office box, please be sure to provide us with your physical address at the time of payment, otherwise your shipment will be delayed. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

Buyer pays shipping and handling. Shipping is based on your location AND the end of the auction amount.

Insurance is included on items sold at $100 or less. Signature Confirmation is not required; however, you may request to use this service at your expense.
Additional insurance will apply to all items sold over $100.
We do require signature guarantees on packages valued at $500 or more, the cost of the service is $2.50; however, WE WILL SPLIT THE COST! Your invoice will show an additional $1.25.
If you wish to have any additional services using UPS (such as delivery confirmation, next day air, 2^nd day air, etc.) please request a revised invoice prior to paying.
If you have any preferences of where you would like your package left at time of delivery or any additional requests for the UPS driver, please let us know at the time of payment and we will add the notes to your label.

Multiple Shipping:

If you win more than one auction within 7 days, you may request to have the items shipped together for a reduced price.
You must first request a revised invoice prior to making payment and indicate the items that you wish to have combined.
We will not automatically combine invoices or refund for shipping fees at a later time.

Once the item is received, we will refund your money within 7 business days in the same form that it was paid. We will only refund your original shipping fees if an error was found in our listing.
