Our standard shipping method is U.S.P.S. First Class. Items are processed within two to three business days after payment is received (excluding weekends). For domestic order kindly allow approximately two to three weeks for delivery. For international order, your parcel may take three to four weeks to arrive. In rare cases, it may take longer due to delay in custom clearance. Longer delivery times are experienced during the holidays. 

Payment must be made within 7 days after the auction ends. We accept:

REFUND

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return for a refund, please mail it back within 15 days of receipt, in its original condition (including all the packing materials).  We will issue a refund on your purchase price, less  shipping,/handling and insurance fee.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

EXCHANGE

If you receive a defective item or wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for you. Please send it back to us within 15 days of receipt.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM

Please print our Return Authorization Form and include it with your return package. 

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund if we feel that our return policy is being abused or taken advantage of. Unless there are special circumstances, refunds will only be processed through PayPal. You are responsible for the applicable PayPal fees.

CANCELLATION

We cannot cancel your bid. eBay guidelines for bid retraction can be found here. If you entered wrong amount, please retract  your bid before auction ends, and enter the correct bid.  If you fail to retract the bid before auction ends, and if you win the item, you will have to complete the transaction and submit payment. We do not tolerate non paying bidder. All non paying bidders will receive non payment strike. Only under extreme circumstances, we will consider canceling your order with a penalty of 20% fee. Cancellation is at seller's discretion.
