10k stamped/marked fly/bug pin and pendant combo. This lovely fly features a body of round genuine gemstones in: ruby, emerald and sapphire. It has genuine diamonds for eyes. It has a pin on the back so it can be worn as a brooch and a bail if you wanted to wear as a pendant on a chain. This fly measures 3/4" x 3/4" and weighs 2.3 grams. Looks brand new.
