All US packages will have a USPS delivery confirmation number attached.  Shipping insurance is suggested but not required. I will not be held responsible for any package lost or damaged in the mail, unless insurance is purchased.  If your package gets lost in the mail and insurance is not purchased, I will fill out a lost mail claim with the post office to help you retrieve your package. I will be unable to replace your jewelry or refund your payment.

Shipping insurance is required. If your package gets lost in the mail I will fill out a lost mail claim with the post office to help you retrieve your package. If your shipment is still not located, I will file your insurance claim to help you get your money back. All international packages are insured thru endicia.com. There is a mandatory 45 day waiting period before I am allowed to file insurance claims. Buyer is responsible for any duties/tariffs or taxes their government may require. All customs forms will be filled out with the correct merchandise total not including the shipping charges.

Return Information

Returns will only be accepted if your merchandise was received with a manufacturer defect, if the item was not as described or the wrong item was shipped to you. It is the buyers responsibility to check their item over once it is received. Please make sure all jewels or gems are secure, check to make sure that all dangles are attached securely and that the balls screw on securely. Seller is not responsible for broken jewelry after it is worn. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JEWELRY!!!!  US buyers will have 3 days after delivery to communicate any problems to the seller, International buyers will have 14 days from the day the item was shipped by us. To get an exchange or refund, the buyer is required to send the jewelry back to us for inspection. No pictures will be allowed.  The buyer has 3 days after communication with seller to mail their item back to us for exchange or refund. Please put your ebay user id on your return package or we will not know whos jewelry is being returned.
